AUPAIR4ALL Working method
Once you have registered with AUPAIR4ALL, you have access to our database with extensive search engine. There you can find many profiles of our candidate au pairs. You can fill in the application form. This is free and without obligation.
When you consider the mediation to be done by us, we will make an appointment for an intake. This intake is free but not free of charges. Depending on the outcome of the intake, we present a number of candidates that we believe fit well with your family situation. Of course you can find also candidates by yourself. These candidates will be reserved for you for 3 days (or longer). You will receive the contact information of these candidates so you can interview them. Then take the final decision.
After choosing the au pair candidate you sign the mediation contract and pay the invoice. When we received it, we start directly with the visa-residence permit (TEV) application process. When we received the complete TEV application, we let the IND know that the application is complete. When the IND has no objection to provide the visa, the au pair starts the visa procedure at the Dutch embassy in Manila. When the visa interview was successfull the au pair will receive the visa. After receiving the visa the au pair will do the CFO seminar. After we know the validity date of her visa, we order in consultation with the host family the au pairs flight ticket and the au pair insurance. Then the au pair is ready to come to your family!
The complete procedure, from the Intake till the arrival of the au pair at your home takes approximately 15,5 weeks. During several moments in the procedure, you can save some weeks time.
We assist you with the application of all necessary documents, visa-residence permit and airfare. During the application and during the stay of the au pair we contact you and offer appropriate support to you and the au pair.
