Much of our General Terms and Conditions are derived from our legal obligations and it follows that au pairs and host families must adhere very closely to the terms and conditions they have agreed with us. A recognised au pair agency is therefore not an ordinairy company, where only the service is central. This means that the relationship with a recognised sponsor is not without obligation, but in many respects mandatory.
